Overview of the performance of the equipment production process:
The pole group sorting method is to sort while vibrating, so that the cast on strip machine can meet the battery production process requirements. This equipment uses programmable automation program control. The cycle operation of the four stations enables each group of pole groups to automatically complete the production action. At the same time, it has four stations for manual operation. This equipment requires two people to operate. The operator of the first station only needs to put the assembled pole group into the fixture and clamp the pole group. The second station sorting, flipping, ear brushing, dipping casting flux and other actions are all completed in one automated program. The pole group of this equipment is of qualified quality and fully meets the process requirements of the battery. The third station has actions such as pole group positioning, mold pouring, cooling and demolding to realize program automation control. The fourth station is for the operator to loosen the clamped fixture, take out the pole group and put it into the battery plastic shell.
